WorknProof operates on a simple principle: we do not sell your personal data, we do not track you across external sites, and we do not monetize subscriber email addresses through advertising networks or third-party brokers.

2. Information We Collect

During our early-access launch campaign, we collect:

• Email Address: Submitted voluntarily to receive early-access invites and product progress briefings.
• Country & Preferences (Optional): Your country of residence and preferred work categories to tailor platform indexing to real user demand.
• Product Feedback (Optional): Qualitative answers to help our product engineering team design solutions for genuine job seeker pain points.

3. No Paid Third-Party Email Brokers

All waitlist records and optional questionnaire feedback are stored securely in local, self-managed databases. We do not transmit your email to third-party marketing clouds or automated lead aggregators.

4. Data Retention, Unsubscribe & Deletion Rights

You maintain total control over your data. You may unsubscribe from early-access notifications at any time via the unsubscribe endpoint or by emailing privacy@worknproof.com. Upon request, your email, feedback responses, and identifiers will be permanently purged within 48 hours.
